Abstract :
The zero shifts caused by accumulative error of open-loop numerical controlling mechanical equipments need to be manually corrected. An optical-mechanical-electrical integration technology included image analyzer, slit image and MCU are applied to constitute of a system for auto zero shift detection and auto zero returning. Firstly we utilize optoelectronic device to detect the work zero point, then the zero value is used to be compared with the reference zero point stored on the memory of MCU, at last the deviation between the two zero values are feedback to the actuator for compensation. Experiments show that a higher precision of zero point can be realized by this system.
