Abstract
Exponential and asymptotic stabilities of the time varying singular distributed parameter systems are discussed via functional analysis, the theory of GE0 -semigroup and GE0 -mild evolution operator in Hilbert space. The necessary and sufficient conditions for exponential and asymptotic stabilities are obtained. This research is theoretically important for studying the stability of the time varying singular distributed parameter systems.
