Abstract
Great renaissance of Chinese nation movement will inevitably be reflected in its scientific development, Public Administration could make process in the social science forests, which depends on the rational consciousness of China´s researchers. it not only needs researchers consciously solve the problems faced by the Chinese government from China reality, also researchers construct Public Administration Discourse System with Chinese characteristics according to the development law of social science. We will construct Public Administrative theory with Chinese Characteristics by a multivariate approach, namely ecology, localization and culture. In short, it is time to build Public Administrative theory with Chinese characteristics or the localization, and Chinese society is on the rise in the great process of world forests, the process will give us the mission, but also for us to provide a guarantee to achieve the goal.
