Great renaissance of Chinese nation movement will inevitably be reflected in its scientific development, Public Administration could make process in the social science forests, which depends on the rational consciousness of China´s researchers. it not only needs researchers consciously solve the problems faced by the Chinese government from China reality, also researchers construct Public Administration Discourse System with Chinese characteristics according to the development law of social science.
