Abstract :
Under the background that the central government keeps on investing the rural education, and by the DEA method, this paper commits itself to analyzing the performance of Chinese education in the development of rural area during 10th Five-Year. It is found that the performance during 10th Five-Year tends to be stable but differs a lot in different districts. Accordingly, this paper offers some policy proposals to further the development of rural education from two aspects, increasing fund inputs in the rural education and enhancing the efficiency of fund allocation.
