Abstract
From the perspective of increasing the peasant´s net income, this paper analyzes the relationship between the rural infrastructure investment from 1999 to 2009 and peasant´s net income in China by using the gray relevance theory. The result reveals that we should firstly construct well the most correlative rural and living infrastructure, then the infrastructure of science and education, finally the transportation, energy and other infrastructures. On the above basis, the use of government treasury fund should focuse on rural infrastructure development of the midwest poor areas.
