Abstract
Current hypermedia systems do not cope with the requirements of sophisticated application. They do not provide a support for collaborative work, nor do they have a mechanism that manages dynamic structures. This paper presents a new concept for hypermedia systems that incorporates the notion of multihyperlink that can reference multiple locations. It proposes the definition of a routing matrix to dynamically help finding the best location to access. A system simulation is then performed in order to study the effect of the multihyperlink size to the reject rate and the mean response time of the hypermedia system
