Abstract :
One of the major global problems is bringing learning to everyone on earth, at all ages. Current lockstep cookie-cutter approaches will not accomplish this, because students differ widely. We need learning that continuously adapts to the needs of each student and that allows each student to stay at an area until mastery is attained, possible now with appropriate computer-based learning units, adaptive tutorial learning. This paper introduces this approach to learning, and discusses how to reach everyone with such units. We suggest beginning with a three year experiment for young children, and if successful with further activities in this direction. Twenty years is estimated to be the time to attain the goal. A detailed schedule is available
