Abstract :
Diode-pumped Tm:YAG, Tm:LuAG, Tm:YAP, Tm:GdVO4, Tm,Ho:GdVO4 and Tm,Ho:YLF lasers tuned by birefringent filters(BF) are demonstrated and compared. Tuning range of 1.8-2.1 micron is obtained from these six lasers with several watts power output.
