Abstract
Extremely small wavelength tunable optical add-drop multiplexers and 1 times N thermo-optic switches were demonstrated with high-Si-wire waveguides. These micro-photonic devices with Si-wire waveguides are attractive for constructing photonic integrated circuits for use in future photonic network systems.
