Welcome Message - RFID 2012

The Fourth International EURASIP Workshop on RFID Technology, now in its fourth edition, represents a relevant opportunity for presenting research in the areas of RFID technology. The positive feedback from the academic community has allowed us to develop a solid program for the conference which includes 22 presentations, divided in 6 sessions, covering topics ranging from RFID tag design to application experiences. The workshop has a wide international composition, with contributions from Europe and America. Therefore, this event does not represent only an opportunity to present and share the most recent advances on the RFID research, but also a chance for researchers to share the same great interest in RFID. In addition to regular presentations, three keynote speakers, Dr. Joshua Griffin (Disney Research, USA), Prof. Gaetano Marrocco (University of Roma Tor Vergata, Italy) and Thomas Leutgeb (Infineon, Austria) will present their experiences from industry and academia.
