Abstract :
In this paper, we investigate the synchronization phenomena observed in RC transistor oscillators coupled by one resistor. The conventional coupled oscillators system we have proposed consists of the op amps. Because the op amps consist of many transistors, a system which contains less devices is expected for application to CNNs and memories. In this paper, we show that the proposed system is more suitable for the VLSI implementation of the coupled oscillator systems
