Abstract :
The system M/G/1/N was studied. Steady queue index are obtained by using probability analysis and supplementary variable method. The result of M/D/1/N is applied to solid garage. The research of actual example indicates that owner of car can not wait long time when they take their car in solid garage if their arrival is Poisson flow and interval time is enough longer then service time.
