Abstract :
The retail industry in Inner Mongolia is in the transition period. On one hand, it is in a rapid development, on the other, it is facing many problems. To manage and plan the retail industry in Inner Mongolia in accordance with the retail trade evolution of the law can avoid the vicious competition brought by redundant construction and blind development and improve the industrial competitiveness of the entire retail industry. Since the evolution of the retail trade is limited to theoretical research, the paper analyzes three retailing evolution of the dynamic factors through the test of the level of economic development, consumer behavior and industry competition, and shows the empirical data and conclusion of the status quo and development trend of the retail industry in Inner Mongolia on the basis of getting first-hand information through research. Due to the rapid economic development of Inner Mongolia, many new retail formats have been provided with favorable conditions to survive. The interaction between the difference of consumption behaviors and retail type of operation is increasing. On one hand, different levels of consumption call various types of operation to match them; on the other, the introduction and creation of retail formats promote the diversification of consumerspsila shopping behavior. Traditional types of operation have appeared a trend as transitional type in competition. Meanwhile, some new retail formats are rapidly developing. The Inner Mongolian retailing in the future will be an industry with the coexistence of plenty of retail formats.
