Abstract :
Two resonant, zero voltage switching (ZVS), zero current switching (ZCS), DC to DC power converter topologies were investigated and compared for use in multi-output low-voltage power supplies for space applications. The topologies appear quite similar, except that the tuning components are on the primary side of the transformer in one case, and on the secondary side in the other. This makes a large difference to the performance, particularly the cross-regulation. Experimental results are included
