Abstract :
Office automation is very important to improve the management level in government agencies and organizations. This paper introduces the overall design and application design of Administrative Organs Automation System, and then discusses the resolution of its central technology. The application shows that the system is featured with friendly interfaces and flexibility in operation, which can greatly improve work efficiency and basically realize the “paperless office”.
