  • Abstract
The article builds the coordinating degree evaluation index system of energy-economy-environment (3E) composed of three modules, five factors and 34 indexes based on research on energy, economic and environmental correlation in the process of economic development, and uses expert evaluation method to determine the weight of each index; finally, we use AHP-GRAM to evaluate and analyze the 3E system coordinating degree of 30 provinces and cities. The result shows that AHP-GRAM model can better overcome the systematic complexity and incomplete information, it is a practical and effective method of evaluating and analyzing the 3E system coordinating degree. The government and relevant departments can formulate strategy for coordinating development of 3E system based on the results of using this method.
