Construction of Innovation-Oriented Small and Medium Business

Facing with the deteriorating environment for the survival and the fierce market competitiveness, the SMB (small & medium business) must rely on the core competitiveness in order to survival and develop. Therefore, the SMB has entered the times of the core competitiveness, and its survival and development only rely on the core competitiveness. It is discussed that the innovation is the source of the core competitiveness of enterprises. It is pointed out that the innovation-oriented SMB has an innovative gene and establishes the innovative system, innovate all-round and continuously by everyone, and has rich achievements of the innovation. In a word, the significant feature of innovation-oriented SMB is innovation. Therefore, building innovation-oriented SMB is an effective way to improve the core competitiveness of Chinese SMB. Meanwhile, it is put forward that we should note some issues in the process of the innovation-oriented SMB construction, such as: establish the innovation-oriented culture of the business, strengthen the management of innovation, and give some advices to establish innovation-oriented SMB.
