Abstract :
Management Research Methodology (MRM) is the compulsory curriculum for candidates of Master of Engineering, which can solves the difficulties of management, enhances the efficiency. Currently there are more than 20,000 candidates in the field and deficient professional teachers, let along the communication and discussion. With the MRM teaching practice, the author induced the issues and reflection, analyzed the factors on study outcomes to deliver suggestions and advices for colleagues.
