Abstract :
In this paper, the H synchronization problem is investigated for a class of chaotic neural networks with time-varying delays based on disturbance observers. A disturbance observer is developed to estimate the disturbance generated by an exogenous system with the unknown disturbance and the design parameter of the disturbance observer is determined by solving linear matrix inequality (LMI). Based on the output of the disturbance observer, a robust H synchronous control scheme is proposed for the chaotic neural networks. By utilizing the Lyapunov- Krasovskii functional method and combining it with linear matrix inequality technique, the H synchronization performance is obtained for the master-slave structure of chaotic neural networks. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the proposed synchronous scheme.
