Abstract :
Effective communication is believed to be the key success factors of virtual team. Virtual team communication mainly rely on computer supported cooperative work (CSCW). This paper analyzes the virtual team collaboration and communication problem, proposed and designed a virtual team communication problems and coping strategies.
