Abstract :
The problem of time delay estimation of Gaussian and non-Gaussian signals is considered. Different kinds of corrupting noises are studied and three new methods are proposed which are based on higher-order statistics of the received signals. Computer simulations show that the new methods outperform the generalized cross-section and bispectrum-based methods
