Abstract :
Harmonic seeded X-ray laser has become an important research topic on the way towards high- brightness and excellent-quality soft X-ray source. Recently, we have succeeded separately in demonstration of a Ni-like Ag X-ray laser and high-order harmonics at the same wavelengths to realize harmonic seeded X-ray laser at 13.9-nm wavelength.
