            Abstract : 
We propose a new evaluation method for damping characteristics and frequency characteristics of these bearing spindles using a high-frequency vibration base. In this study, we measured damping characteristics and frequency characteristics of these bearing spindles using the high-frequency vibration base. Damping coefficient and other parameters were estimated by step response and its simulation results.
