Abstract :
The recently observed increases of uses of kernel estimators are related to a dynamic development of application possibilities of omnipresent computer technology. This paper presents the exemplary applications of kernel estimators methodology with respect to several practical tasks of broadly understood systems research, in the presence of fuzzy uncertainty: estimation of the demand for teletransmission services, medical diagnosing, parameter estimation for the needs of optimal control, and identification of untypical elements (outliers) in archaeology.
