Abstract :
We suggest the assignment of mobile terminals (MT) to base stations (BS) such that the number of expendable BSs is maximised (US Patent 13/339,763 (pending) [1], [2]). The investigation uses an existing implementation as base case and investigates a variety of specific scenarios; (simulated) computational results are provided for the individual test scenarios.
