  • Abstract
    The authors have developed an adjacent electromagnetic field distribution measurement system using a unique sensor and three-input phase-difference measurement technique that can simultaneously measure electric and magnetic field (magnitude and phase) distributions up to 3 GHz. Electric and magnetic field distributions measured by this new system have produced superior results and more useful information about DUT than by using conventional electromagnetic field distribution measurement techniques.
