Abstract :
In this paper, we use the symbolic tools to analyze perturb process parameter δ in Belgian Chocolate Problem; we verified the “critical value” proposed by Boston can not be achieved; we give a controller design method by variable relax, its computation results is better than Chang´s method in some special lower degree case. we also discuss the approach process of perturbation.
