Abstract :
At present, many large-scale mechanical system has complex structure, which makes the fault of it has characteristics of complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty. Based on the introduction of basic theory of the fuzzy fault tree analysis method and aim at the characteristics of ambiguity and uncertainty of the mechanical failure probability, the paper introduced fuzzy set theory into mechanical fault tree analysis and scientifically analyzed the various kinds of fuzzy information that be confronted by the failure of many tache of the mechanical equipment. In addition, a material example of the application of fuzzy fault tree analysis method in the mechanical fault diagnosis system was also provided. The test proves that the method can analyze and process random uncertainty and fuzzy uncertainty failure event at the same time, which can effectively solve the problems of complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty of mechanical faults.
