Abstract :
The propagation of Hermite-Gaussian beam array has been studied based on Rayleigh-Sommerfeld diffraction formula. The intensity profile in the far field is solved and different mode results are showed. The array separation and waist size are also considered as variables to observe their influence on the intensity distribution.
