Abstract :
Spatiotemporal dynamic analysis is used to analyze the carrier-field interactions of photonic quantum ring laser devices in a three dimensional toroidal whispering gallery cavity. We observe quantum wire-like carrier re-distributions within 10 psecs, naturally formed in the quantum well plane.
