Abstract :
In this paper, a class of chaotic neural networks with time-varying delays are considered without assuming the differentiability of the time-varying delays, and the stabilization for the considered neural networks is investigated via intermittent control with non-fixed both control period and control width. A delay-dependent criterion for checking the stabilization of the neural networks are presented by employing Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and using the matrix inequality techniques. The obtained results extend ones on stabilization of delayed neural networks by periodically intermittent control with both fixed control period and control width. An example with simulations is given to show the effectiveness of the obtained results.
