Abstract
The problem of designing a variable structure controller slide-mode (VSC-SM) for D.C/D.C converters operating under varying operational conditions is proposed. The problem discusses modelling assumptions together with the design procedures for a forward D.C/D.C converter. A robust VSC-SM that can track a constant reference voltage and reject constant disturbances is then developed
