Abstract :
We have developed a silver-mirror-based 8-pass Tksapphire preamplifier. The amplified energy was 4 mJ at 50-mJ pump energy, and the amplified spectral width was 65 nm at half maximum and 160 nm at -25 dB. The results matched well with the simulation including gain narrowing and gain saturation.
