Abstract

Regional S&T popularization capacity building has not obtained our social attention and a complete evaluate quota system has not been instituted. Therefore, it is necessary to set up a scientific, simple but practical, combined the index system of the quantitative and qualitative evaluation. The text will define the conception of the regional S&T popularization capacity, institute the evaluation index system, set up the mathematical model of regional S&T popularization capacity and evaluate regional S&T popularization capacity by PCA.
