Abstract :
A half mode substrate integrated waveguide(HMSIW) bandpass filter (BPF) using Cross-Coupling is presented in this paper. Compared with SIW filter, it has smaller size and lower cost owing to the half TE10 model. The cross-coupled structure is introduced to exhibit a single transmission zero near the upper passband at finite frequencies and high selectivity is obtained. Simulation is performed to validate the design of the proposed filter.
