Abstract :
For adapting to RFID system requirements of low noise, low power consumption, low cost in UHF band. A simulation method of phase-locked loop (PLL) transient response based on ADS(Advanced Design System) was presented. Through the simulation of a PLL synthesizer, including the change of N counter and phase jitter of the reference frequency, the performances of the output signal indicate this proposed method is helpful.
