Abstract
Nanoscale polymer movement induced by tip enhanced near-field illumination in azo-polymer films was studied. A nano protrusion was induced with a resolution beyond the diffraction limit of the light. The anisotropic photo-fluidity and the optical gradient force played important roles in the light induced polymer movement.
