Abstract :
The present main problems of roadside transfer hub of routine public transit system are described, and the conception and functions of off-street transfer hub are analyzed. So the bus line number, bus frequency, aggregate and disperse passenger flows, transfer passenger flow and transfer time of the transfer hub are chosen as the indexes to describe the distributed and transferred functions of substations. The alternative locations of off-street transfer hub are grey clustering graded by determined the grey whiten weight function and clustering indexes weight and calculated the integrated clustering coefficients. At last, the case analysis is used to verify the method.
