Abstract :
A new integrable fully-balanced wide-frequency current-tunable all-pass filter is presented. The architecture of the circuit is relatively simple and provides symmetry with differential signals. The corner frequency is linearly tunable, through a bias current, over a wide-frequency sweep range of approximately three orders of magnitude. The maximum useful corner frequency is in excess of 112 MHz
