Abstract :
In this paper, an epidemiological SEIR system with or without distributed time delay influenced by random perturbations is investigated. By constructing Lya-punov functions and applying Itô´s formula, the stability of the disease-free equilibrium is studied. Moreover, numerical simulations are presented to illustrate the correctness of the proposed methods.
