Abstract :
This paper addressed the numerous benefits of creating, collecting and using information from electrical incident case histories to aid in the prevention of future incidents and improve electrical safety programs. Methods for preparing and presenting case history information is outlined to serve as a reference for others in creating value for this type of information within various companies and organizations.
