Abstract :
Video editing in DVD recorders today is GOP accurate. However with the advent of the Blu-ray recorders and HDTVs, the incorrect frames present in GOP accurate editing become easily identifiable. This paper discusses a very convenient and computationally undemanding way to achieve frame accurate editing on Blu-ray streams.
