Abstract
The robust control problem for linear discrete-time dynamical systems with uncertain parameters is studied. The goal of this paper is to further develop dynamic programming method and Lyapunov´s concept for synthesizing the robust controllers. Procedures for designing the robust regulators which provide stability of uncertain discrete plants are given. New results in control and stabilizability are presented. The paper determines necessary and sufficient conditions for stability. Criteria for existence of the quadratic Lyapunov function and robust controllers are treated
