Abstract
A computational field theory is presented which deals with the many different aspects of adaptive control in neural networks and systems. The theory introduces concepts such as the computational space, the control field and the network potential, which attempt to unify many existing theories. The theory can be used to model many dynamical functions and continuous and discrete transformations which are essential for neural computing
