Abstract :
Multiuser detection is a field that deals with the detection of multiple users whose received signals are interfering to one another. Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) is increasingly becoming popular in advanced broadband wireless communication systems due to the advantages of its ability to mitigating inter-symbol interference (ISI) effects in frequency-selective fading channels. Interference is huge when there is offset between carrier frequencies. In this paper we have proposed one iterative multiuser detector. This detector is able to give good performance when there is frequency offset among carriers in frequency selective fading channel. We have compared the performance of the other multiuser detectors.
