Abstract :
To achieve the low carbon goal, it is important to measure and control carbon emission. To reduce carbon emissions, improve data center energy efficiency has become of interest to everyone. We do modeling study on the level of resources and carbon emissions management certification through introducing carbon certification and measurement on information resources. Cloud computing is to supply safe, quick, convenient data storage. It will make significant impacts in the construction of digital resources in college. In this paper, the content of carbon resource footprint and carbon management capability are described. This thesis firstly introduce its definition, theory of work and nature, and describe its applications at present, then analyze the problems that exist in the construction of information resources in college, finally study the applications of information resources construction in college in detail.
