Abstract
This paper will present the design of a 100W parallel loaded resonant converter operating at 250 kHz. The paper will present advantages and disadvantages of resonants y stemsing eneral and parallel loaded, versusseries loaded systems in particular. The design utilizes standard components wherever possible and illustrates some unique applications of standard PWM control IC´s. The requirements for adedicated , singlechip , resonant control IC will be presented.
