Abstract :
CSS (client/server system) has begun to pervade as an infrastructure of new information technology. We expect CSS will be a useful tool for BPR (business process re-engineering). While CSS is one of the key technologies, connectivity, system administration, high availability and security are main requirements in a business environment. These issues will be solved by applying technology of mainframe computers, object-oriented/multi-media technologies. CSS could be used widely as a tool of BPR such as “work flow”
