  • Abstract
To effectively realize the networked collaborative manufacturing, this paper proposes a manufacturing services-based networked collaborative manufacturing mode based on the analysis of the conception and characteristics of manufacturing services. The collaborative manufacturing mode is composed with collaborative manufacturing object layer, collaborative manufacturing operation layer and collaborative manufacturing supporting layer, which used manufacturing Services as the basic collaborative units. Based above research, some enabling technologies for realizing the collaborative manufacturing are studied, which including semantic-based manufacturing services modeling technology, and construction approaches for manufacturing services chain. Finally, a collaborative manufacturing case study based on the networked manufacturing platform of Chongqing is provided and its feasibility is demonstrated.
