Abstract :
Manufacturing execution system (MES) is put forward by advanced manufacturing research, and it´s the management information system for workshop hierarchy, which is located between planning management system and industry controlling system. How to manage, share and allocate manufacturing resource is key problem for MES. The paper firstly introduces requirements of manufacturing resource allocation for MES application, and analyzes plant manufacturing task description and equipment resource model. And then studies manufacturing resource optimization deployment problem based on grey relation theory and ant colony algorithm. Secondly, manufacturing task is divided into series of working procedure in time order by technologic planning. Secondly, considerable machines are selected in terms of multi-hierarchy grey relation coefficient at each working procedure node to reduce the size of problem. Lastly, manufacturing resource selecting path is decided by making use of ant colony algorithm in light of grey relation degree.
